Second Camper, 10% off - $202.50 + HST = $228.80
Third Camper & More, 15% off - $191.25 + HST = $216.11

If your child requires medication, please list it here. When sending medication please ensure that it is labeled clearly with name, quantity required and the time to be administered. This medication should be handed off each day to the Farm Camp Co-ordinator by the parent/guardian.

While at camp your child will have the opportunity to taste vegetables grown at Everdale and foods cooked and baked during activities. Please share any necessary dietary information about your camper with the understanding that all diets may not be accommodated at all times. During these activities please know that appropriate precautions towards safe food handling are upheld and imparted to the campers.

Dietary Restrictions

I/we, give permission for Everdale to take photographs / video of my child (named above). These photographs/videos can be uploaded to the Everdale website and or used for social media channels under the condition that no names will be used in conjunction with their use.

Your camp fee is refundable, less a service fee of $50 per camper, if a camper's reservation is cancelled in writing more than 2 weeks before the start of their booked session. If the cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start of their session, there will be a service fee of $100 per camper. If the cancellation occurs within 2 days (business or non business) of the start of their booked camp session, no refund will be offered. We are unable to book individual days or refund fees for days missed.

The highest safety standards and safety training are upheld and carried out by all Everdale by staff. Everdale acknowledges that your child has voluntarily enrolled in Farm Camp on Everdale’s property at 5812 sixth line, Town of Erin. Everdale is a working farm, as such, farm equipment, livestock and other such hazards are inherent to farming activities exist on the property and may pose a danger to your child/ dependant. By signing this waiver of liability on behalf of yourself and your child/dependant, you hereby release and hold harmless Everdale and its officers, directors and employees from any and all liabilities resulting from any injury your child may sustain in connection with an arising out of such hazards. Please understand that every measure possible will be taken to keep your child safe and out of harm’s way. By typing your name below you are signing the form and agreeing to the safety release.
